Khoshab of quince

The fruits are washed, peeled, put into water, crystal sugar is added and boiled, served while it is cooled. For keeping for a long time, the sliced quince is put into glass jars,crystal sugar and hot water is added and boiled in hot water till the fruits come on the surface of jars, lid is put on and tightened and kept.

Ingredients;1 litre of hot water, 150-170gr crystal sugar, 130 gr quince slices.
