Quince jam

 Quince jam

The fruit are washed, peeled, sliced, boiled in water till the slices are softened, filtered, from the filtered water and crystal sugar juice is prepared and the fruit are added into the juice, lemon salt is added when is nearly cooked.

Ingredients: 1 kg of quince, 1 kg of crystal sugar, lemon salt.
